I am pretty sure that once this is set up and moving,

they will NOT dilute the hell out of it, but because they ARE well capitalized,

they might buy back shares as n TEK did .............



and the rest will one day become a history :-)

SRT8- Yes, and thats the difference in a nut shell. None of these MJ companies are doing any filings with the states and SEC. Fuzz N Buzz Brands, Inc. is OR one of the few. The issue here is all these scams stocks are doing promos hiring a paid crew to promote the stock - so the insiders can dump shares. THAT IS NOT THE CASE IN CWIR. The insiders own 0 shares of the common, they own all the restricted and preferred. To me this is the best scenario, cause there is NO dilution and the stock will move incredible on VOLUME. THE PROGRESS AND NEWS WE GET UPDATES ON IS INCREDIBLE. THEY ARE JUST LACKING GETTING THE NATIONAL APPEAL OF TRADERS.
