Your range is a bit off, but we will probably see ranges between .10 and .40.

I can't see anyone desperately looking to sell below .10 unless they've been scared into it by these boards.

well sir because the stock is halted I can't take any action on PHOT in my account. I can only view lots; I can't buy or sell or put in any orders. it's my understanding that many others who have different brokers have the same restraints. if yours is somehow different I'd love to know about it. my broker is Fidelity.
