no, it's not rare at all. many companies move off the greys. most are new companies that have yet to be listed on an exchange. it is more than extremely rare for SUSPENDED companies. as a matter of fact there has only been one out of almost 500 in the last 5 years to have successfully gotten a for 211 approved from finra. don't believe me? check for yourself.
