Shark hit the detail points so I will add my impressions of Mike as a person and my impressions of the other participants at the meeting. First the other companies. The CEOs of trtc, fitx, and taug, were also there and all gave speeches about their companies. Before they spoke Alan Brockstein and the members of the 420 investment group gave their take on the state of the cannabis industry presently and where they see the industry progressing. Everyone who spoke was enthusiastic and made everyone feel that we were on the ground floor of a revolution just beginning. A comment was made that it wouldn't be long before all legitimate companies would no longer be trading in the pennies and that they would soon be recognized as legitimate serious businesses. As far as the other CEOs, I was most impressed by the head of taug. Very intelligent with impressive people in his company.
Now for Mike. He was very approachable, friendly and well spoken. He was enthusiastic about the work he was doing and was excited about the prospects for the company. I asked him if he was aware of ihub and he said he knew a little about it but was not interested in participating or spending any time on a chat forum that would take time away from the serious work he needs to do grow the company. I looked at him and asked "Mike are you excited about the work you are doing". He responded that he was proud of the progress he has made in taking a company from nothing to where it is today. A company with 3 million in the bank and no debt. He was aware of the short attack the past few weeks and believes it was from American shorts. He wants to uplist the company and was optimistic in getting 3 licenses soon. He said if all goes according to plan once laws change he will diversify the company to meet recreational marijuana demand.
Shark and I tried not to monopolize his time as there were other people that wanted to speak to him. I wish I could have asked him about revenue projections but ran out of time.
I went to the forum for information but more importantly to see Mike. To get a sense of the man. I was not disappointed but instead am relieved and sure that I am invested in the right stock.
