I agree with you. A sound Company ALWAYS pays its bills and not depend on what the share price does every single day for day to day Operations. ANY CEO WILL TELL YOU THAT. IMO ALL Funds should have been appropriated well before the DTCC Lock was in place. Any Executive at any level of business knows this. Its Business Mgt. 101 Education. There should have been NO EXCUSE for this Mishap and to use the DTCC Lock as the reason is Ludicrous.
