I don't want you to believe anything. I couldn't care less what you think about it.

However, the ability to have the company fail and take ownership of the companies assets to satisfy the debts is a real possibility.

It's a simple situation here. Either Scott lands some financing or the shareholders remove him and find someone else to do it or everyone gives up.

Pretty simple, all the minutia your are concerned about doesn't matter.

Also until one of the above happens the share price will continue to move lower and soon will break the penny level.
