That's probably a likely scenario bb. Where he ran afoul of Rule 144 - an illegal dump of the shares, and/or illegal volume. Either directly or through one of his affiliates. Also the buy back was likely bogus. Where "Jeffy" had the company buy 37M of his 39M shares off market. Of course all of this would come out in the wash with a S1 filing. Something "Jeffy" has been avoiding. One would see the stock structure.

In TRII "Jeffy" aka Duncan seems to be playing the stock issuance game more carefully. Alas, he has already flocked up in another area.

P.S. Despite all the "noise", TRII has no potential.
