What I am witnessing is lets say the stock is 11x12 someone puts a order in to buy the 12s they partially fill the 12s move the stock to 12x13 with open order now on the bid. fill the bid order giving the appearance of a sell when it was ACTUALLY A BUY (SHOWS ON THE TAPE AS A SELL) and reset the stock back to 11x12
