Both Fidelity and Etrade allow buys of MYEC. Fidelity has a lower cost per transaction I believe. Though a friend of mine opened up a new Fidelity account and it took one week for him to be able to buy into MYEC. Actually after a week the funds still weren't settled and he had to call a representative and they put the order through.
