Lawyers on board advise legal perspective

Which of the following is the most relevant to our stock value. We have the pending UK decision, outcome of the Samsung arbitration, the appeals of the ICC and federal court ratfication of the arbitration, and now the Markman hearings. Can the federal appeals court rule outside the reasons that have been stated that an ICC ruling can be vacated? The complexity of all this is confusing for a layman. Thank you
