PHBT ** just talked to president...

Hi I just talked to Joseph Doxey president of PHBT and he said the following:

O/S is 500 million

A/S is 1 billion

I asked about if they are getting financing by diluting and he said no, that they are getting it through private placements.

They are expecting patent news soon but he doesn't know exactly when.

If o/s is 500 million this is way undervalued.
