cant prvt msg atm not much bud im like 5'4 130lbs mayb 135 on a full stomach, buh i used dumbbell's not the bar because i dont really trust that thing smashing my face apart or throat someday.. i benched 160lbs 80 pounds per arm buh with a spotter lool almost ripped my arms out with that bench press style many times buh usually over came it, now i have no clue because its been a while i broke my l3 and l4 in like sept or oct and 2 weeks ago got my fingers caught in a rollers at work lool my luck(n) w.e I'll be happy happy happy soon enough
