Buddy, it is about this.

The wording from ED:
Ed Starrs of MyECheck stated, "Until now, government entities had two ways to make payments, paper check or wire transfer, the vast majority of these transactions being paper checks. The new MyECheck system is the first in the nation to facilitate fully electronic real-time government account payments.

The wording from Bank Almagnac
Wire transfers occur in real time, with a direct connection bank to bank. The wire transfer requires that your bank establish a direct and secure connection with the receiving bank. When you send money, it happens instantly, without waiting for batching.

SOMEBODY THEN IS WRONG: ED SAYS HE IS THE FIRST IN THE NATION TO FACILITATE FULLY ELECTRONIC REAL-TIME GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT PAYMENTS AND THE WORDING FROM BANKERS ALMAGNAC SAYS – OCCURS IN REAL TIME.

PLEASE EXPLAIN ME KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MYEC AND WHAT ALREADY EXISTS?
