IBC Radio Network Announces Sponsor for 'Stock Talk LIVE': Viper Networks Re-signs as Sponsor for the Fourth Time

SPOKANE, Wash., Feb 22, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Stock Talk LIVE, a unit of International Broadcasting Corporation (OTC:IBCS), announced today that it has signed on a new sponsor for its radio talk show "Stock Talk LIVE." Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC:VPER) is the latest sponsor for the show.

IBCS, under the sponsorship agreement with Viper Networks will receive 50,000 restricted shares of VPER common stock and $5,000 cash in consideration for our industry-best advertising package, which includes:

-- Daily coverage of VPER stock to the thousands of informed listeners and participants of "Stock Talk LIVE"

-- Multiple live on-air interviews and updates from VPER management

-- Priority coverage of VPER press-releases as they are released

-- Radio commercial spots throughout the radio feed
