Thats exactly what Im suggesting. I have no idea what happens next if they dont own it. Im no legal expert. Any lawyers out there care to take a stab at this situation.
My ideas: 1. Can they buy the trademark 2. Can they sue? 3. Should they partner/buyout/merge
