makes big sense. I donot think the o/s is much above 148M right now.

I think they got some nice prepayment for all the feasibility and prepatory work they did for the mega project plus some nice cash flow from the abattoir and the prawn farms in Q4 and Q1. Remember they placed about 0.5m baby prawns in the PF1 tanks back in April 2013? Those have a growth cycle of max 3 months (some reach marketable size even within 2 months of placing) so they can sell more prawn now every quarter for at least a few m profits per quarter....
