I didn't see any mention or posts on which states and which distributors are getting product next week! Will all 8 states get 7,500 cases each of the 60,000 cases or will they give more to California and spread the rest out?

They won't unto the "press release". Thats the whole purpose of the "release". No, they likely wont send 8000 cases to Utah when Nevada needs them more.

Has Brazil been shipped yet? Did the Dominican get shipped yet?

They already said they needed to divert shipment to US - not enough product for the whole world at this time. ALso, they want to give the proper launch to each foriegn market ("fanfare").

Has anyone been able to find the Nielsen data backing up Maggie's claim that Marani outsold some of the major vodka brands?

It likely was not Nielsen. They report on how much tv shows and multimedia, radio etc. people watch. Not sales of food. We don't have enough information about if she was talking in Armenia or what market. Sometimes brands flop overseas and may lose to the local brand..

I couldn't find anything online. That would have been more impressive, showing that data, than waiving a license that should have been active months ago, but they waited to apply until January.

There might have been some business things they had to do before they could get the license. Such as this tax hold and other requirements by ABC to show they are legit. Dan might not have been able to start earlier due to a non-compete or personal reason. We got the license. Time to rock and roll next week - make $$$ again (im up 300K so far) WOOT
