i looked up steve plumb as u suggest

i called the public company accounting oversight board

they said accountants do audits so u are right there but that is where ur correctness ends

the board certifies and oversees firms only not persons. so plumb is not an auditor

they directed me to their webssite to search firms in the future

the otcmarkets.com site has clear financial solutions inc as the auditor. the board said there is no such firm registered and certified to audit.

so no plumb

they also told me to contact the public accountancy board for his state.

guess what he has firm under his name.

guess what that firm under his name is also not registered with the board to do audits

so no plumb of either of his firms can audit
