I will say that if the liver readout comes in May and not March as was stated in the MLV email, the company will have another lawsuit against them for violation of Reg FD IMO. So they should watch those option grants pretty carefully. In my heart, I want to believe management isn't that stupid after all that's happened but greed gets the better of a lot of people.
