Wasn't that presentation at that shareholder's meeting made from BEFORE the state legalized marijuana? And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the line of reasoning something along the lines of:

Pot is legal in Colorado, XXII has a connection with and individual in Colorado (more likely for cigarette distributions), therefore XXII will move into marijuana.

I'm not convinced. Not until there's a single word about it from management. They have too much on their plate as it is. As I said before in a deleted post, my prediction is not a single PR this year will contain any content about MJ.
