If Brilacidin is not approved by the FDA for Orphan drug designation, we are not likely to hear about it. No need to do a PR on the negativity. It's better to do the "Just let it lie" approach.

In no way, shape, or form does it mean that Brilacidin won't be a blockbuster drug.
