Thanks Jim....is this the 1st time Tom has stated Harry should step aside? Sounds familiar.


We believe 2006 is a good time for Chairman Harry Campagna to leave on top. Mr.
Campagna helped guide IDCC through rough times in the mid and late-1990s and presided
over the firm shifting to a better business model that is similar to industry-leader Qualcomm
(on a smaller-scale). He has been well compensated for his efforts, and it is time to turn the
reigns over to a wireless industry veteran that can help cement IDCC’s place in the industry.
We envision a leader that brings a rolodex as thick as a phone book, has extensive industry
experience, an engineering background, and instant credibility with carriers, manufacturers,
and standards bodies.
