Maybe Litewave is planning on filing a Form 15 to get re-registered with the SEC. Other than that the stock in (fka LTWV) are not registered and consequently can not trade on any public Exchgange or Market.

Possibly the company is just existing as a private company and is selling ownership shares to a new entity.
