IEquity is acquiring a chunk of a public company, AVNE. That doesn't mean that IEquity itself is going to be trading under AVNE. So you're right, it's not a nice, clean reverse triangular merger - it will be more like a holding company arrangement, I guess. We don't know just yet because we have not seen the definitive transaction documents and the public statements haven't been too helpful.
