So did IDCC in the proxy request...that is the problem. Nowhere in the proxy request #2 did managment discuss using these options for M & A did they? Only posters here have made that jump. Until I see a logical and verifiable explanation for the request for an additional 5M shs, I will vote "no" at this time. I am not convinced by your argument.
