Exactly once PHOT does something with gift raised AS then big buyers will be back in fully. PHOT is a beast that will continue to rise with years to come but FITX is a big piece of their puzzle right now. I think .40 is the ceiling until FITX gets licenses or PHOT proposes reason for AS increase as acting upon it but for sure many companies right now are waiting to see how bank regulations play out for lending and private sector funding etc...
