That picture is from a video. I have video of the facility and all the vehicles there. My initial fear was going there and finding crickets. I went the day after a major snow storm. The grounds were plowed, and many contractors at work. I would just need to find place to post video...

But shows Electric Works out of Middletown, CT there.

There was also a large truck that was active there, which was Hydro Service & Supplies hydroservice.com.

All the parked vehicles were pickup tricks and SUV (i.e. contractors).

I also have a picture of a sign on the fence at the front, which I thought nothing of, but now that I look at it, it is snow covered and the only thing I can see is several circles with a couple lines, which now when I go out to NNVC website is clearly their logo. Also aside signs for Thomas Gianni and Sons (contractors).
