Let's be honest here -- it's to the companies benefit to come out of Chap. 11 as clean as possible. Which means getting rid of much as possible, including existing equity shareholders.

As I have said before, I have no pony in this race, but it has been interesting to read the filings I have come up with for Cereplast. As I continue to look, it certainly appears to me as an outsider that management is/are snakes in the grass. For instance, was it ever disclosed by the company that were evicted form their California plant?
