PricewaterhouseCoopers, how interesting. I didn't realize they kept a watch of 3D printing. PWC also knows the different results from electron beam and laser 3DP.

GE Aviation is so confident in metal 3DP to the point that Christine Furstoss, GE Global Technology Director, talks about changing manufacturing. She talks about metal 3DP not simply augmenting the way a part is made but 3DP manufacturing end-parts. GE is moving away from prototyping and moving into direct manufacturing from design. This is how much confidence GE has in 3DP. You have to wonder what gives them this confidence. It's certainly not EOS, Arcam, Concept Laser, nor 3D Systems because none of them has any sort of process control.
