You're getting confused, Loop. This is what you originally said:

The price should be based on reasonable and predictable bottom line 2004 forecasts

You referred to BOTTOMLINE which means earnings. And I pointed out that sales growth is more important at this stage of IDCC's development. Your use of earnings imply that people will just project those margins and earnings into the future, discount the projected cash flows and thus pay a higher multiple of projected earnings. Again, margins are useless if sales don't grow.

Why do you think IDCC is trading at more than 5x projected 2003 sales already?
