This is a simple breach of contract.Defense just trying to compulicate muddy up the real truth.Nothing more then misdirection.

One can use misdirection to gain direction or get to a resolution much faster.Its worked for me so many times in my past lifes work its not funny.

That defense counterclaim shall be denied.The first transcript already settles that when Oing says To Shapiro see what I dealing with here another case its not the same but in a sense the ruling was and will be.

You right they just using every method to stall to break down the plantiff to settle and I bet you a dollar they already been doing math regarding what the dollar amount will be.

No I going to use some of my wind fall later on to enjoy what has been a brutal 2 years.

Shapiro is walking the legal steps needed to go the mile if forced.The defense will never allow this to go to a full trail which I figure will be late 2015 cause they know they lose.

It would be nice to see it end but somethimes hard headed people don't learn until its painfull.The defense attorney don't care cause they billing Pfizer big time.That firm wins if they lose the whole case.

We just need ledership.Its less then piss poor.I say this if the past CEO was still in the head chair we would have been updated (2) if not (3) times since May 2013.
