I don't mind Nic giving crap to posters, what I don't like to see go unchallenged is his knowing twists of the truth. While that may be a lawyer's true talent amd trade, it is a disservice to this board that purports to be an honest discussion or exchange of ideas. So while I certainly let many of Nic's post go by, I don't feel I respond to any of them, willy nilly.

I do feel nic is on some kind of mission or agenda. I do wish he could be honest enough to just say he's representing someone against Rambus, and wants to try out some of his defense ideas.

Croaker has become one of nic's strongest supporters on the yahoo board, yet I still can't see where nic has been correct, unless he covered both sides of the argument.

Lots of people can vouch that I am not a lawyer, (though I did visit Ohio last summer) and I plainly state my ID as just my opinion, not that it matters. Unlike nic, I have never held myself up as an expert. But I'll still take my record over his.
