You are assuming One Screen is not on solid financial footing based on Patels comments. I see nothing in his comments that would lead me to believe that. Norman Broduer took over as CEO after ousting Patel from the company. One can only speculate as to why that was, perhaps they had two visions of the companies future and the best way to get there. Perhaps he didn't want to work with another company to get to the next level. Typically when a investor takes over a company there is good reason.

As I stated previously there is a ton of synergy between these companies. I am excited to see where we go from here.
