That's what I've been telling people how can you not sell you have more than 70k in profit looking at you from initial 25k. Plus it's Jan and you don't have to deal with tax until next year. I would too. Take the money and do some hard lending and double your money at 10% a month x 12, and then pay tax. God that's a killer win win situation for you. Sorry long term effect from work) hehehe...
