Jim, every technology company is closely watching FASB's move to expense options since that accounting rule change will force every technology company to change their compensation policies including options.

FASB now expects that this accounting rule change will be implemented in early 2004 so the 2003 ASM is actually IDCC's last chance to get approval for any option-related proposal.

I don't think that's the only reason, but that may account for the timing.
