Ive seen this type of 8K before when OLIE said they were going to takeover Encansol, a battery manufacturer. Issued an 8K then the deal was cancelled for whatever reason. Just a bunch of goofs trying to take advantage of unsuspecting investors in my opinion. Looks like the grey market is the place to be for all of the loser companies involved here.
