till summer i think this should trade dollar+..they also have plans for listing on NASDAQ.

The latest public deal for a $500M/year cloud company brought $1.17B in value

Tthey should file for current status (OTC),when this will take place,lots of investors will get in,then PPS could see 10-20 cents very fast imo
