Mr. Mark Bakers executive service agreement and Mr. Rod Boone's were terminated May 13, 2003.

They were terminated by Mr. Malcolm Phillips.

Neither of these two men have had any connection with any type of agreement, with CDEX, since May 13, 2003.

While MP was CEO of the Company, neither Baker nor Boone had anything at all to do with managing or directing CDEX at any level.

And I am very confident, that they will not in the future either.
