bob if you terminated hinm again, he can't answer. however I remember reading the public part of the discussion, and I think that you posted to him about the suspension publically, but I think it was after he came back. now if you PMed him,I i have no way of knowing, but also if you terminated him and he didn't read the PM before he was terminated, the result for him is the same as if he was never given an explanation, since he would be unable to read the PM.
