2. Even if PPJE wins .. so what! Judgment’s don’t become effective immediately. They need to be entered by clerk allow 30 days for any appeals etc..
3. 99% chance IF PPJE wins CAPITAL IF the defendant will seek an appeal.
4. Appeals are granted automatically. We have to wait another 18-24 months for that outcome
5. In the appeal period the Defendant will arrange his affairs so that hes judgment proof. Ie convey all assets to a 3rd party or set up a family trust.
