New to this board but recently took a position in this company. I know that sometimes when you are in a stock that doesn't move for a long time or moves in the wrong direction it is very easy to give up hope.

Here is why I bought this stock:

Advertising and video on the internet and mobile is very much still in it's infancy. Facebook is just started getting involved in video within the last few months. This is a multi-billion dollar industry.

ADTM is in the same space as Rocket Fuel who has a 2.17 Billion dollar market cap and loses $2.72 a share so the fact that ADTM is not profitable yet is of no real concern.

I have been following Onescreen and have watched them come from a company that does less then 2 million in sales to a company that does around $15 million in sales. The synergy's between the two companies are undeniable.

AS pointed out previously Norman Brouder the head of William and Nichols Venture Capital Group has taken over the reigns at One Screen as the CEO. He has also recently added Adaptive Media as a new Venture Capital Client according to his website. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to connect the dots on where this is going. Obviously these two companies are going to become one. Most likely under the Adaptive Media name since One Screen doesn't really give you any idea of what they do.

Assuming the merger Adaptive Media which should report a solid 4th qtr gets to add an additional 15 million in revenue onto the books. The two companies which have different client lists can now service "each others" clients which will generate additional revenue.

I have been following this board for around a week or so and can see the general sense of discouragement in the posts. I think there is more than a ray of hope here. I hope you ride this out because I think this company is on the cusp of something great over the next few years.

I would anticipate some short term stock movement to the upside when they announce a merger and believe that Seeking Alpha will continue to trumpet the future potential of this company this is in a space that is going to spend Billions of dollars in the future and I think these two companies combined have the technology and infrastructure in place to capitalize on this movement.
