COF hits target of 40. trading up to 40.25 and this is a holder through the July earnings period. I was told at BAC (Bank of America Financial Advisores) that folks were NOT buying high priced techs but sticking with blue chips, cheap techs that had good growth potential and cyclicals and I tend to agree.
Ironically most of the folks are NOT in the market just yet but waiting for certain more assurances.
