That fully diluted number has been known for the past 2 years. That is accounting for the matured warrants in the compensation package from 2012. They haven't exercised any thus far, however. Seychelle management doesn't dilute, check the last 5 years. That is a fully legitimate, albeit generous stock compensation package for directors.

I'd say they deserve it, though.
