Sell their shares to you and a huge profit and then you can write them off at the end of the year as a tax loss. They profit with no taxes due and outside the confines of the SEC. Even at 5 cents this would be to much to pay. I know the pumpers will be back and saying 1 dollar on Monday, just like they did on Thursday when they said 1 dollar on Friday. No chance.
