I had no idea about any of those things. Mostly because the massive stock increases over the last few days had me seeing dollar signs, and I didn't commit the necessary time to researching the company.
I made a mistake I haven't made in a long time: I took a stock tip from someone else, didn't do my own DD, and got greedy. But let's be honest, a weed vending machine sounds great- it'd probably be a great company under the right management. Shame I didn't do more research first. I'd imagine others are in the same boat. No one wants to put his money into a felon's company.
