? Agreement with Sierra Pacific in which Sierra Pacific will fund the construction of and operate a mill to process stockpiled ore located at the company’s Asset #21 (Near Eureka NV)
? The investment dollars for this announcement and the previous two announcements on are all coming from our new Joint Venture Partner Sierra Pacific, Inc.
? So including this announcement there is a commitment to fund and build 3
multimillion dollar facilities as soon as possible.
? These committed funds from Sierra Pacific will be amortized over 7 years.
