It was benzy's self imposed deadline not mine and CC2 was 11/05 when benz said a couple of collectives will be beta testing Pharmajanes by the end of November and Pharmajanes will be live by the end of December.

There have already been raid in Colorado by the feds - so will will see but for now marijuana is still a schedule I drug and that hasn't changed.

My illegal arguments are that id Pharmajanes were to go live it would be illegal and that is still a guarantee because there are no bills in the Senate for making marijuana legal or for MMJ.

CA NORML is taking a wait and see approach as there have been promises by the Obama administration in the past only to see arrests increase not decrease.

So what has changed - I thought the Feds were going to be hands off with MMJ - seems like that is being oversold.
