It appears--I just read the 10K--that Mr Fleming couldn't protect us from dilution after all, and I take my hat off to those of you who were warning us all along, and apologize for my lame analysis.
However, I'm puzzled why they issued this today. It seems to me it would have been much to their favor to extend the filing time to March 31.
It's almost certain now, there will be a r/s. The only question now, is how much, how soon?
I intend to remain long, but have taken off my rose-colored glasses.
