It has to be the MM because who would spend $7 to $9 dollars in commissions to buy a couple of bucks in shares, the MM manipulate the PPS to make money and scare people then the MM buy the shares of the guys that sold cheap, thats why it's very important to have L2 so you can see the games that the MM's play.
