The majority of this debt was under old management, and it is not at all uncommon to incur major losses at start-up. I believe your arguments are valid when looking at the old regime, but too much has happened in short amount of time under new leadership...and for the first time, Hollund has something that it has never had before...a REVENUE stream. With this revenue they will clean up the corporate mess they inherited...much like they are going to clean up that lake.
